EVERYONE IS UNIQUE. Very interesting when we consider how different everyone's different responses to changes. There are friends who quickly went into the situation changes, without much resistance. He argued that what was said by the senior should take it in, because they are elders and have experienced many ups and downs. Any changes he needed to do, is done willingly, without much resistance. Adaptations prime, though it can also be said of our friend is like a robot, do not make changes on his own initiative.

Conversely, a younger friend who uses a different approach if at faced with all sorts of new things, new instructions, new systems and procedures. He could still frozen, do not do anything. Maybe he really wants is a demo or a protest, but because of his junior status, he chose silence. When I asked why he did not think only if the given instructions, he replied, "I need to know the root cause, why and for what I changed." So, our friend has the conditions to be met to want change. No wonder, the change is unlikely. To "buy" reason to change course there is the troubled individual.

POWER through adversity
